The Family That Plays Together Stays Together

                                                            Better late than never
You girls have had a busy month! You definitely keep us all on our toes but, I wouldn't change it for the world! Sooooooooooooooo... Here is what you girls have been up to. Valentines day was a success...We surprised Madisyn with a meal with her boyfriend and his parents..Madisyn, you are  the only child I know who hates surprises. You looked absolutely beautiful and maybe said two words to your boyfriend the entire night and,for this I'm thankful

 

Braylee, I had so much fun preparing for your Valentines party at Ton Tons. I'm so thankful you girls bring out my inner child. I love baking, singing, dancing and curling hair with you girls more than anything else in this world!

 

Next... you girls rocked at cheer competition!! I'm so proud of your determination to do your best in everything you do! You make me extremely proud when we pray about it all in advance..speaking of prayers and blessing, Madisyn you have FINALLY started blessing the food like an adult. You have the most precious mind ever. In the most precious way possible,you came to us and asked if it was ok to start blessing the food like an adult...OF course you can!!! You then proceeded to tell us the reason you still say GRACE is because you don't want to confuse Braylee! You ALWAYS think about others way before yourself. You are the most selfless child I know! You were right though, once you started blessing the food like an adult Braylee got irate with you and said you are not suppose to say the prayers at the table , that's for bedtime!!

 

There is nothing I love more than a little blue eyed blonde in pig tails! Braylee, you're seriously cute!

Oh how I love you two girls!!

 

On to the next thing...Daddy FINALLY had surgery again on his foot, PRAISE THE LORD! You girls have been such a trooper as we have all been going through this trial. In the last year and 1/2 there has not been a night you haven't prayed for the Lord to heal your daddy's foot. We know that the Lord hears our prayers,and he is faithful and giving us what we need instead of what we want.

Thank you Lord for giving me a humorous partner in life! In all of our most challenging trials,we always seem to laugh more and joke often to get us through each day! We are always full of surprises, like when the doctor called while daddy was in surgery to see what color bandage I thought he would want......

 

Hey boy hey, with your blue little pick up trucks!! See how much fun we have as a family! The one thing I hate most is leaving you girls while we go to the doctor or have a surgery. I hate not being able to shoo you off and kiss you before school..it just gets me all out of wack! I'm so thankful we have family and friends who help us out tremendously when we need help making sure your both taken care of. Your dad and I realize that you girls deserve to be rewarded for all your " roll with the punches" days! We decided to take you along with us the next time.. I had a dr visit in Grenada and daddy had one in Memphis, so we booked a room with an indoor pool and kidnapped ya'll for a day at the zoo..

I'm so thankful for the time we spend together as family! I never knew life was suppose to be this much fun and, no matter the circumstance we all make the best out of everything!

Madisyn I could kick myself in the butt for tackling a pageant and cheer competition in one day. Bless your sweet little heart, you were a trooper and you looked absolutely breath taking..

 

I vote next time I rent a dress, do your hair and make up and just take lots of cute pictures...forget the stress of a pageant..I mean seriously,you have nothing but gorgeous girls in your class and you all deserve a crown...

You are belly laughing in almost everyone of your pictures...It makes my heart melt into a million pieces...But, I guess you and Bray get it honestly...we laugh way too much..If there is one trait I would want you and Braylee to inherit of mine it would be laughing! Even though, your daddy tries to kick us out for supper because we laugh entirely too much at the table ...oh well!!

Braylee,you still never cease to amaze us and frighten us when you start talking..We never know what's coming out of your little mouth...You and your sister couldn't possibly be any more different! You have the backbone that your sister lacks and you're as free as they come..Not a care in the world, I often refer to you as our hippie child! Everything that your sister lacks you pick up the slack...for this I'm thankful! You and Madisyn love each other more than anything! You are so much like your mama and hardly ever have a serious moment..You live to make people laugh!

I'm so thankful you have been able to spend so much time with daddy since he has been off work. I'm more thankful you girls have a daddy who is better at taking care of you than I am ( and I feel like I'm pretty dang good) He loves spending time with you and misses you when you're gone just as much as I do!

These killer baby blues get you out of a lot of things little missy!

AAAAH, something about Robby's birthday makes me a little sad...Maybe because it means I'm next,and another year has come and gone!
